Order Picker

Order Pickers are specialized material handling machines designed to efficiently pick and retrieve items from warehouse racking and shelves. They allow operators to be lifted along with the load, enabling direct access to goods stored at various heights. Ideal for e-commerce warehouses, retail distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities, order pickers improve productivity, reduce operator fatigue, and streamline inventory handling.

There are three main types of order pickers:

Battery Order Pickers – Fully powered by rechargeable batteries, these machines offer smooth lifting and driving operations, ideal for high-volume order picking with minimal manual effort.
Manual Order Pickers – Operated using hydraulic lift mechanisms, these are cost-effective and best suited for low to medium picking frequency.
Semi-Electric Order Pickers – Combine electric lifting with manual movement, offering a balance between efficiency and affordability.
